The Torrance High boys baseball team is starting their CIF journey on Thursday as they face Pacifica at home at 3:15.

It’s been a great season so far for the Tartars, winning their league with an 11-1 record. They now enter the Division 1 CIF First Round aiming to go all the way to the final.

The Tartars are trying to make another run in the playoffs, following last year’s success in the Division 2 CIF playoffs, going all the way to the final where they eventually lost to Etiwanda. 

In order to reach the final, Torrance must get past four rounds, which include Round 1, Round 2, Quarter Final, and Semi Final, before advancing to the finals. 

Come out and support the team, who play Pacifica in the first round at 3:15 on Thursday at Kendall Field
